Witness Lee begins the Life-study of Mark. How does Mark’s account differ from the other three gospel narratives? The different aspects of Christ portrayed in the gospels are compared, and the preciousness of Mark in detailing the deeds and actions of Christ as the Slave-Saviour (Mk. 10:45). We see how the beauty and excellence of His human virtues are displayed to a greater degree in Mark than any other gospel.
This programme focuses on how the Lord Jesus was initiated into His ministry through a process of termination and germination — the termination of the law and the germination of grace. Witness Lee opens up the deep meaning of baptism, which will be very enlightening to listeners (Mk. 1:1-13).
