Back to school season brings a lot of joy — new terms, new goals, fresh starts. But it can also bring real financial pressure for parents and guardians trying to get everything sorted in time. That's why, from August 17th to August 28th, we're running our Back To School Campaign — giving away free haircuts and braids, and £480 worth of vouchers, to help lighten the load for families across our community.

Here's everything you need to know.

Week One: Free Cuts & Braids (August 17th–21st)

This week is all about getting young people looking sharp for the new term — completely free, or heavily discounted, thanks to two brilliant salons.

Week Two: £480 in Vouchers (August 24th–28th)

This week, we're turning our attention to parents and guardians directly, giving away 24 vouchers worth £20 each — six every day — to help towards the cost of school supplies.

• Gospel Breakfast — 2 vouchers a day
• Daytime — 1 voucher a day
• Afternoon — 1 voucher a day
• Drive — 2 vouchers a day

How to claim: WhatsApp your name and email address, along with the words "Back To School", to 0303 040 1111. Winners are picked at random from all valid entries.

Entrants must be 18 or over, and winners will be contacted to confirm they're a parent or guardian before their voucher is released. Full terms and conditions are available on our website — please have a read before entering.

Week Three: The Back To School Show (August 31st–September 4th)

As young people head back through the school gates for the first time this term, we'll be releasing our special Back To School show, with more details and where to find it coming soon across our platforms.

Why we're doing this

Sending kids back to school shouldn't be a source of stress. Whether it's a fresh haircut to start the term with confidence, or a voucher to help cover the cost of supplies, we want to walk alongside our community and make this season just a little bit lighter.

Terms & Conditions: School Supplies Voucher Giveaway

1. The promoter is Premier Gospel.
   1. The giveaway runs across five days, from August 24th 2026 to August 28th 2026, across the following shows: Gospel Breakfast, Daytime, Afternoon and Drive.
2. Prizes: 24 vouchers worth £20 each will be given away in total across the campaign (2 per day on Gospel Breakfast, 1 per day on Daytime, 1 per day on Afternoon, 2 per day on Drive). Vouchers are intended to help towards the cost of school supplies.
3. How to enter: Entry is by texting GOSPEL BACK TO SCHOOL along with your name and email address to 0303 040 1111 or 66 777, during the specified show times on air. Standard network message rates apply.
4. Eligibility: Open to UK residents aged 18 and over only. Entrants must be listening at the time of the relevant show. Employees of Premier Gospel and their immediate family members are not eligible to enter.
5. One entry per household per week. Multiple entries from the same person, household, or contact number within the campaign week will count as a single entry.
6. Winner selection: Winners are chosen at random from all valid entries received during each show's entry window. The promoter's decision on winner selection is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
7. Notification: Winners will be contacted using the details provided at entry to confirm their win and arrange voucher claim. The promoter may ask for reasonable verification before releasing a voucher.
8. Claiming your voucher: Winners must claim their voucher within 10 working days of being notified. Vouchers not claimed within this window may be forfeited and reallocated at the promoter's discretion.
9. Voucher use: Vouchers are provided to support the cost of school supplies. Vouchers have no cash alternative and cannot be exchanged, transferred, or resold.
10. Data: Personal details (name and contact information) provided at entry will be used only to administer this giveaway — to select and verify winners, and to arrange voucher delivery — and will be held securely and not shared with third parties. Please read our privacy policy here.
11. Changes: The promoter reserves the right to amend these terms, or cancel or suspend the giveaway, at any time where circumstances make this necessary, without prior notice.
