Lecrae is an American Christian hip-hop artist and has recently released a new song called Hammer Time. It has gotten quite a lot of attention with 589,513 views in just 2 weeks. In the song he raps about instead of just talking about getting what you want, put the work in and actually work towards a goal hence the name Hammer Time. He also talked about in an interview that Hammer Time was about going to get what you want. At one point in the song he talks about how Jesus took control of his life and saved him.
