The video (which has since been removed) of the moment the gift was received was posted on Instagram.
It shows Pastor Gray lead his wife outside of the party where the car was parked.
Sue Mayweather posted the clip online. In it you see the couple leave the party, walk towards the car and then Greys wife, Aventer, starts to scream as she sees the car that is for her.
Other party go-ers were filming and whooping as she saw the car.
Photographers were on the scene documenting the present.
Her husband is seen holding her hand before declaring to the crowd "Lamborghini Urus."
Responding to criticism online that the gift was too outlandish, Aventer posted on Instagram:
"MY HUBBY IS A HARD-WORKER, HE WORKED HIS WHOLE LIFE AND HE SAVED TO BLESS HIS WIFE!!!"
