This is often referred to as 'the single season'. Christian relationship guru Cyrus Harbin said this season isn't necessary and we wanted to get to the bottom of whether we should go in to seasons of singleness. Joined by Lauren Windle, a public speaker and writer who has just released a book called 'Notes On Love', Cassandra questions them both on this concept as they talk all things 'being single
