Natalie Jabangwe is a respected technology executive, business leader, and advocate for purpose-driven leadership. She is a Zimbabwean computer engineer and businesswoman, who serves as the Group Digital Executive Officer at Sanlam, based in Cape Town, South Africa. At IGOC 2026, Natalie was one of the conference speakers around this year's theme, Accelerate. Premier’s Charmaine Noble-Mclean caught up with her to unpack how she ended up in the tech world
