As well as being a Christian and a Conservative MP, Andrew is the Second Church Estates Commissioner, meaning he answers MPs' questions about the church. Tim asks him about his role and whether the C of E being tied to the state is good or bad. Tim also shares his thoughts on foreign aid and answers a listener's question about submitting to governing authorities.
