Deaconess Florence Li Tim-Oi, was ordained by Bishop R O Hall, then Bishop of Hong Kong, to minister to people traumatised by the effects of the 2nd World War. 80 years later her legacy is still impacting lives. Rev. Christina Rees the Director of The Li Tim-Oi Foundation and Jane Namurye, a beneficiary of the Foundation speak to Premier's Esther Higham on Inspirational Breakfast.
