Nearly half of Britons feel lonely during the festive season, and over a third will spend Christmas away from loved ones, according to a Vodafone survey. Turning on the TV or listening to a Christmas playlist worsens the situation. How do we handle the pressure to couple up at Christmas if we're single? Sarah Paxton from the Christian dating app SALT and Beth Collingridge from the Single Friendly Church Network joined Esther Higham to discuss this.
