Andy Peck talks with Christie Spurling MBE, who grew up as an adopted child, was excluded from school at 14 and went on to be the founder of N-Gage, a charity based in Manchester, which works with young people at risk of exclusion from school. He tells Andy Peck about his background that led him to found this kind of ministry, and what he does for young people just like he was.
