Have you ever wondered why God needed to live in man for 33 years to accomplish redemption and salvation? Couldn’t He have miraculously appeared as a man and then died very shortly after to obtain this? Today’s programme explains how this time was necessary in order to live the life of the first God-man as the qualification and basic factor to save us to the uttermost!
Released on 7 Aug 2025
What is the goal of God’s salvation? The revelation of the New Testament shows it is to make all of His believers a reproduction of Christ (Rom. 8:29, Phil. 1:21)! How could the first-born Son of God and the first God-man be reproduced into the many sons of God and many God-men? This wonderful salvation will be the focus of today’s Life-study programme.
Join us for the first of five special programmes focused on the jubilee - a central topic in the gospel of Luke. In Luke 4:14-30, Christ began His ministry by standing in the synagogue and announcing that He was the fulfilment of the Old Testament jubilee. Witness Lee explains the biblical definition of jubilee (Lev 25:8-17) and its New Testament fulfilment. The full archive of Life-studies on every book of the Bible is available anytime for free at amanatrust.org.uk/page/radio
Witness Lee explores Leviticus 25:8-10 and 30-41, in our second programme on the definition of the jubilee. What is the significance of the sequence presented here, and of the blowing of the silver trumpet on the day of atonement announcing the year of jubilee? We will see the practical application with the two great blessings of the gospel marvellously unfolded.
